Terms and Conditions for Car Rental Service

1. Service Scope: The rental includes a vehicle with a professional driver. Self-driving is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment Policy: Full payment must be made before the vehicle and driver are dispatched. No refunds will be issued once the service has commenced.

3. Fuel Policy: The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel. The renter must ensure it is refueled to a full tank before returning. If not, a refueling charge will apply.

4. Usage Restrictions: The vehicle is for personal or business transport only. It must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, or transporting hazardous materials.

5. Driver Conduct & Responsibilities: Our drivers are professionals and will follow all traffic regulations. Any requests that compromise road safety or legal compliance will be declined.

6. Rental Duration & Extensions: The rental period is as agreed. Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.

7. Damage & Liability: The renter is responsible for any damage caused due to negligence, including interior damage, spills, smoking, or excessive dirt.

8. Breakdowns & Emergencies: In case of a breakdown, an alternative vehicle will be arranged where possible. Accidents must be reported immediately.

9. Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee. No-shows will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
